Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to employees, both onsite and remotely.
Main Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
* Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
