About our Industrial Metrology Division: ZEISS Industrial Metrology is a leader in the development and supply of CNC coordinate measuring machines and complete solutions for multidimensional metrology. The Role: Work Location – Rio Grande do Sul (80%), rest of Brazil (20%) Responsibilities: Perform installation, calibration, and preventive and corrective maintenance of 3D measuring machines (gantry and column types), tomographs, and on-site optical systems. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment installed at customer sites to prevent operational downtime, through the proper interpretation of data and application of technical knowledge/instructions, acting in accordance with quality, productivity, customer service, cost, safety, health, and environmental metrics. Maintain accurate records of services performed to meet individual performance goals and ensure that equipment performance can be monitored. Develop knowledge of the company’s products and services by working closely with other members of the Services team (engineers and junior technicians). Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with service, turnaround time, performance, and quality metrics. Requirements Technical background—Electronics, Mechatronics, Precision Mechanics, and related fields. Valid driver’s license and availability for domestic and international travel.
