Service Delivery Manager Role
We're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations.
1. Design and maintain on-call and coverage plans to ensure all critical skills are available when needed.
Act as incident lead/coordinator during major incidents, keeping engineers focused and customers informed.
2. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and triage guides for SRE engineers covering common incident types and operational tasks.
Train/coach first-line/SRE teams so they can confidently handle initial triage, basic troubleshooting, communication escalation etc.
