Technical Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new users through onboarding, setup, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain documentation, tutorials, and sample projects to support user adoption.
* Provide timely and effective technical support via multiple channels, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to debug production issues and prioritize fixes.
* Assist users in architecting scalable and efficient deployments using our partner's platform.
* Deliver customer-facing technical sessions, demos, and Q&As to promote product knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a developer-facing or technical support role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, etc.).
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
* Proven expertise working with open-source generative AI models.
* Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Python and knowledge of LLM ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
* Experience working with APIs, CLI tools, and deployment workflows.
