ARQUIVISTA PLENO
Responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing, evaluating, and organizing institutional archives' processes and documentation, considering technical and legal aspects.
2. Developing projects and processes for document organization, conservation (hygienization, recovery, organization, registration, temporal management), and guiding the implementation of technical activities.
3. Providing technical support across operational projects.
4. Defining database registrations based on legal periods.
5. Creating manuals for standardization and monitoring processes.
6. Assessing quality levels of processes.
7. Implementing measures for document and object conservation.
8. Restoring documents and objects (CDs, DVDs) following archiving rules.
Required education:
Complete higher education in Archival Science with registration in the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Knowledge of English is desirable.
Technical skills:
Experience with project presentation, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, and customer service skills.
Required competencies:
Focused attention, agility, proactivity, organization, and teamwork.
