The Investment Banking Industry Coverage groups produce industry-specific expertise and guidance, working with the appropriate product groups to generate ideas around potential transactions.Job responsibilities – Global Banking Latin America Product ControllerRegional Product Controller:Own and manage all aspects of Global Investment Banking (GIB) product control for Latin America and serve as regional point of contact for Lending product control.Financial Reporting:Manage the month-end and quarter-end close processes for GIB products, ensuring accurate reporting of financials and regulatory compliance.Billing Control Activities:Oversee end-to-end billing activities for GIB and non-GIB businesses, including partnering with bankers on deal closures, issuing invoices, monitoring receivables, and providing analytical reviews related to the integrity of books and records.Partnership and Collaboration:Collaborate with bankers, CFOs, Planning & Analysis (P&A), and business managers to develop a strong understanding of GIB products and their financial impact, while maintaining a robust control environment.Project Participation:Actively participate in regional and global projects and strategic initiatives to ensure proper support and control governance.Relationship Building:Foster strong relationships across finance teams within the region and globally to ensure effective partnerships and the sharing of best practices.Team Leadership:Cultivate a team culture by empowering team members to think and act strategically to support regional business goals and manage a team across different locations, providing clear communication, creating a safe work environment, attracting talent, and developing career paths and succession plans.Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProfessional qualification on Accounting or Business Administration.10+ years of financial experienceAble to take ownership and act as leader.
