Senior Scrum Master Role
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead our customer data ecosystem teams. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
You will remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. Additionally, you will coach the team on Agile best practices, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and coordinating collaboration between teams. You will also be responsible for staying current with industry trends in Agile methodologies and applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.
In this role, you will work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements. You will track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
Azure DevOps is an integral part of this role, and you will oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines. Furthermore, you will drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.
