The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
They should be able to turn long-form content into engaging deliverables, such as reels, carousels, blog posts, and threads.
A sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices, is also essential.
Solid marketing operations background; building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a multi-format content strategy based on internal podcast episodes.
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets.
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms.
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights.
