Job Title: Bilingual Quality Monitor | Delivery
Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bilingual Quality Monitor for our Delivery team. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards are consistently met throughout our delivery services. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and a second language, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to delivery services to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and inspections of delivery processes and procedures.
Collaborate with the delivery team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting trends and patterns.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members and management to foster continuous improvement.
Assist in training and coaching delivery personnel on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
Act as a liaison between quality assurance and other departments to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
Participate in the design and development of quality improvement initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and one additional language (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the delivery industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Working Conditions
Office-based with potential travel to local delivery sites.
Requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary to meet quality goals and deadlines.
