A key aspect of this role is ensuring websites are highly accessible (WCAG standards) to improve user experience and SEO. Proficiency in Figma design tools is also necessary for creating visually appealing interfaces. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be skilled at identifying, debugging, and resolving technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills are vital for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
