Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
As a senior developer, you will lead by example, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that our development processes are followed.
About You
* You have at least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on full stack development.
* You have hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails, as well as Postgres and Redis.
* You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in software development.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack).
* Strong expertise with Postgres and Redis.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire.
* Comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS.
