The primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and design visually diverse, industry-leading web experiences that drive visitors towards conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Theme Architecture: Spearhead the end-to-end design of a modular, scalable, and highly customizable website theme system (primarily for WordPress).
* Visual Excellence & Conversion: Create a portfolio of visually diverse, industry-leading themes that are modern, professional, and tailored to clients' industries.
* SEO & Performance by Design: Integrate SEO best practices, site speed principles, and accessibility standards into the core of the theme system.
