About The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will work primarily on backend development using Java 17 and Spring Boot, while also contributing to modern frontend solutions built with React and related technologies. You will be involved in designing and implementing cloud-native services and APIs, collaborating closely with frontend engineers, QA, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across the stack, applying best practices in software architecture, performance, and security. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot. Work with React, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, and related frontend technologies as part of full-stack solutions. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Deploy, manage, and maintain applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Optimize application performance and apply security best practices across services. Partner with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices. Participate in code reviews and support the technical growth of other engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and responsibly. Required Qualifications Proven experience with Java 17 and the Spring Boot framework. Solid experience building backend services and APIs in distributed systems. Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, Elastic). Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in backend development. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Nice To Have Skills Experience with messaging systems such as Solace. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic). Exposure to AI-related concepts or tools applied to software development.
