Job Title: Senior Scrum Master - Customer Data Ecosystem

This role is focused on delivering business value through the application of Agile methodologies and principles.


Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks and best practices.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.
* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with the organization's digital marketing strategy and goals.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.
* Ensure that the team's work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
* Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
* Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Drive Change Management through coaching the team and support them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset.
* Oversee the integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
* Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
* Ability to remove obstacles and impediments.
* Experience working with Azure Dev Ops tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
