Job Description
The LATAM D2C Team is responsible for the sales growth of eCommerce DtC Channels (Samsung.Com, B2B2C, B2B and Omni Channel) working in partnership with the 7 subsidiaries in Latin America.
As we expand our operations in the region, we are looking for a D2C New Business & Sales Projects Manager.
Together with Samsung subsidiaries (LATAM), the role will be responsible for the development, sales and overall performance of the main D2C sales programs and new business projects, leading the following pillars/strategic areas:
- D2C Sell-out Platforms Management: Strengthen LATAM D2C exclusive programs (such as: Trade-in, Co-Branded Card, Extended Warranty, Installation Service), enabling the sales growth and targets achievement.
- New Business Projects: Define innovative programs based on sell-out platforms such as subscription models and value-added services and draw the commercial strategies to execute and grow them.
- D2C Partnerships: Responsible for stablishing and managing new partners for LATAM D2C, aiming to create opportunities of customer acquisition, traffic increase and co-investments for sales conversion.
- Sales Operations: Promote eStore capabilities and coordinate key initiatives along with internal platform/product teams or external partners, aiming to achieve D2C main targets.
- CRP: Customer Retention Program ambassador in LATAM D2C, engaging all subsidiary in the company's strategy and promoting the alignment and projects execution with CS and related stakeholders.
Key Job Responsabilities
* Define, track, report and engage subs to implement the regional/global Sell-out enablers strategy, and ensure the main KPIs achievement.
* Define the sell-out programs sales strategy by working with the business areas to implement the promotional and forecast plan.
* Ensure the sell-out programs' financial sustainability while balancing an attractive promotional agenda with business profitability.
* Support in marketing / UX strategies for the sell-out enablers launch and enhancement, ensuring the correct communication and display of programs for brand consumers;
* Act as a PMO ofregional projects that focus on accelerating D2C performance;
* Together with Samsung subsidiaries in LATAM, act in the management of partnerships that make up the digital online channel ecosystem.
* Prospect regional partnerships and co-lead the deployment of those along with the subsidiaries, focusing on the continuous creation of new business and co-investment opportunities.
* In conjunction with the IT team, manage the D2C sell-out projects roadmap, responding by the business assessment, development, execution, GTM and usability of the tools.
* Manage the continuous improvement agenda of the D2C programs, focusing on user experience and increasing of conversion.
* Integration with CS Team and related areas to promote CRP (Customer Retention Program) agenda in D2C LATAM, engaging eStore Business and Commercial teams to implement the regional strategy.
* Executive report on sell-out programs strategies and business results.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant areas.
* Experience in new business and projects department.
* Management/operation of e-commerce platforms.
* Strong skills in communication and project management.
* Master presentation and report skills, structured by deep data analysis.
* Ease in dealing with complex database, SQL queries, VBA and Excel program.
* Advanced English skills, Spanish will be considered a plus.
