We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our HR People Analytics team and drive actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics. This role focuses on leveraging data to improve decision-making across HR and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Role Description
The role involves developing and maintaining advanced reporting solutions using ServiceNow, Power BI, SQL, and Databricks platform functionality to support HR and operational performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure data integrity across multiple systems and leverage AI automation concepts where applicable. This position requires analyzing and synthesizing complex data sets to deliver actionable insights, KPIs, and dashboards that inform strategic decisions. Working within an Agile project environment, you will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and create tailored reporting solutions. The role also includes preparing clear, structured presentations and visualizations for leadership, ensuring compliance with ethical standards in all data activities, and managing multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced setting.
Main Responsibilities
Provide expertise in acquiring, manipulating and reporting on data which supports People Services Service call center operations.
Design & deliver solutions based on Analytics to support HR
Design & deliver ad-hoc and standard reporting support for People Analytics stakeholders
Develop, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Assist in the development of standardized reports to meet ongoing operational reporting needs.
Consult with local operations team to effectively evaluate data requirements and reporting needs.
Validate data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
Develop Agile user stories based on validated stakeholder requirements.
Provide support including researching and resolving complex reporting problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Assist HR teams to use available dashboards or existing reports, promoting a self‑service GM culture.
Be a point of contact for self‑service reporting related questions or queries.
Identify data irregularities and work with QA teams and global continuous improvement team to correct.
Provide valuable and accrued insights to leadership, to support the decision‑making process.
Provide expertise on development and implementation process of the new reports / Dashboards.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Systems, or related discipline
Team orientation, collaborative with cross‑functional communication skills
Must have experience working with ServiceNow, Power BI, MS SharePoint, SQL and ETL concepts.
Advanced English written and verbal is mandatory
Strong practical use of data concepts and tools, aggregated reporting, analytics, and visualization
Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
Perform with high personal standards in character, ethics, and Integrity
Experience applying analytical methodologies such as text analytics, statistics.
2+ years, systems, and data analysis experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to move quickly and deal with ambiguity
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
Strong multitasking and organizational/process skills
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues to provide insight and metrics to drive the right business decisions
Structure presentations in straightforward, efficient manner
Qualifications Preferred
MS Power BI DAX coding
Familiarity with AI automation concepts
Work Properly.
Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full‑time basis.
