- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Ability to multitask and stay organized

- Reliable internet, noise‑cancelling headset, and a private workspace
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
- Convert leads into scheduled attorney consultations
- Sell consultations, close contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to the legal team
- Follow up consistently with all leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
- Work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST
- Work one weekend per month
