Salário: R$ 1,800,00

O Que Precisamos:
Nível médio completo + curso técnico na área de TI
2 anos de experiência em suporte técnico em microinformática (hardware, software, impressoras e antivírus)

Solucionar os demais tipos de solicitações referentes aos assuntos pré-definidos, com a realização dos procedimentos necessários e/ou o encaminhamento das respostas aos solicitantes observando-se o prazo máximo de atendimento;REQUISITOS
* Se dar por telefone, remota ou presencialmente, conforme a necessidade;
* Ativar as áreas técnicas específicas para a solução dos problemas, quando necessário.
* Acionar fornecedores de serviços para reparos em software e equipamentos, acompanhando a execução e o encerramento, quando necessário;
* Encaminhar informativo às áreas competentes sobre eventuais indisponibilidades de serviços.
