The client provides a reimbursement platform available for companies with mobile employees who are traveling places for their day‑to‑day job. They have solutions for Small and Medium Businesses, Mid‑size companies and Enterprises to enable them to manage the reimbursement by streamlining and optimizing calculation process, controlling cost by using insight based on the rich user data aggregated through their Mobile app. Its platform and proprietary software simplify the reimbursement and management of vehicle, device, work and living costs through personalized calculations. They provide and customize the right reimbursement model for their clients as per their needs. Backed by rich user data for hundreds of clients, gathered and refined over decades, and updated in real time. Our client is the platform of choice for top Fortune 500 companies and organizations committed to workplace agility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
Proven experience in UX/UI Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Design Systems, Interactive Style Guides, and Design Audits.
Hands‑on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and design reviews.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders.
Understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience working on mobile products is highly preferred.
Familiarity with component libraries and scalable design systems.
Availability for daily time overlap with US EST working hours until at least 3–4 PM EST is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Assist UX/UI Director in developing and maintaining an Interactive Style Guide, documenting design principles, UI components, and interaction patterns.
Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to define and refine design standards, typography, color systems, and reusable UI components.
Design interactive prototypes and scalable design systems with a strong focus on mobile usability and responsiveness.
Conduct comprehensive design audits of existing mobile products to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
Evaluate user interfaces for usability, accessibility, and adherence to UX best practices.
Provide actionable design recommendations and propose practical UI/UX solutions.
Participate in regular product workshops with the Senior Product Manager and cross‑functional teams.
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure design implementation aligns with business goals and delivery timelines.
Ensure consistency across mobile platforms and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction language.
