Job Profile: Junior Procurement Manager
Location: Rio De Janeiro
Language Required: English (writing/speaking level: high)
Responsibilities:
Scouting and benchmarking of telecommunication services (domestic and international).
Caring of relationship with telco providers (domestic and international).
Coordination and control of purchasing cycle for telecommunications services, in detail:
* Collection and elaboration of technical, commercial and contractual requirements to purchase telecommunications services;
* Calling for tenders, requests for proposal/quotation concerning telecommunications services;
* Vendor validation and procurement authorization process;
* Execution of purchasing activities.
* Commercial renegotiation of expiring/expired services.
* Drafting and implementation of efficiency costs plan.
* Drafting and execution of master agreements (MSA, etc.) to purchase telecommunications services (domestic and international).
Cross-functional interworking with TIS units (operations, provisioning, engineering, sales, marketing, legal and administrative departments) to execute projects and contracts.
Travelling abroad: yes (rarely)

Knowledge
* Project Mgt. methodology (basic)
* Main economics applied to multiservice networks
* TX and IP network architecture (basic)

* Distinct relational and dealing capability.
* Ability to work in heterogeneous teams.
* Availability to travelling abroad and in Italy.
Computer skills and competences:
Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project)
