This position ensures accurate trade processing, smooth settlements, and exceptional client service—sitting at the heart of the company's trading operations.What You Will Do:? Act as the operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas, handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage.
? Partner with internal teams across Technology, Product, Clearing, and Compliance to resolve client requests promptly.
? Support client onboarding (KYC), including documentation, operational setup, and platform access.
? Track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within SLAs.
? Proactively monitor client activity and system alerts, escalating potential issues as needed.
? Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
? Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an excellent client experience.What We're Looking For:? 5+ years in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.
? Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
? Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
? Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.
? Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-first orientation.
? Based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).
Nice to Have? Exposure to multi-asset platforms (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
? Experience with fractional investing or omnibus account structures.
