Visual Designer Job Summary:

* Craft polished, production-ready visual designs from high-fidelity mockups to detailed UI specifications.

* Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure visual quality from concept through launch.

* Incorporate user insights, business direction, and strategic needs into design decisions without compromising on craft.
* Stay current with evolving tools and techniques and apply them to accelerate and enhance your creative process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in visual, UI, or product design.
* A portfolio showcasing high-caliber visual design across web and mobile, with clear rationale and storytelling behind your choices.
* Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy, and how to use them to create intuitive interfaces.
* Experience building and scaling design systems and maintaining visual consistency across complex products.
* Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working in cross-functional teams and influencing design outcomes.
* Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms; motion design tools are a plus.
* Experience designing with or exploring AI-powered workflows is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions effectively.
* Self-directed, detail-oriented, and motivated to push visual craft forward.
