Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Specialist to join our AI team.

* Develop, train, refine, and deploy ML models for production use.
* Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector databases and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
* Develop prompt engineering techniques, optimizations, and safety protocols for human-computer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple LLM ecosystems including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Meta LLaMA.

1. Develop, train, refine, and deploy ML models for production use.
2. Implement RAG pipelines, develop prompt engineering techniques, and integrate memory and explainability into workflows.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, including expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face Transformers, and knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
