About the Role of a Quality Inspector
Ensuring that interior, exterior, and body/paint components align with the organization's quality standards is a key responsibility. This involves driving continuous improvement and providing swift solutions to production line issues.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate technical problems in bodywork, paint, and interior/exterior decorative parts, proposing effective resolutions.
* Analyze part disassembly, suggesting and verifying countermeasures.
* Manage daily supplier relationships, promoting improvements in product quality.
* Participate in experimental assemblies and the implementation of new products, performing checks and adjustments.
* Identify and propose solutions for production issues before the vehicle SOP.
* Review control plans for parts in accordance with regulations and technical agreements.
* Inspect parts for mass production of new models, ensuring market-quality standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
* Fluency in English.
* Extensive experience in quality analysis and improvement, focusing on interior/exterior and body/paint.
* Familiarity with the production process of interior and exterior components.
* Ability to analyze parts and resolve issues using tools such as 8D, SPC, 5W3H, among others.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work with different areas of the organization and suppliers.
