The Role
We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who thrives at the intersection of robust platform engineering and cutting-edge AI. You'll own end-to-end features — from a polished React UI to a Supabase edge function to a live AI agent pipeline — and you'll play a central role in building bTd Bella, our AI concierge agent powered by AWS Bedrock.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You will build, ship, and iterate in production — not just advise. If you've deployed AI agents that real users depend on and you love owning hard problems from architecture to release, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Migrate production infrastructure — move our environment from Replit to a dedicated, secure, and scalable VPS, building the foundation for the next phase of growth.
* Architect and ship bTd Bella — own the full lifecycle of our AWS Bedrock managed agent: setup, tool integration, knowledge base, guardrails, prompt tuning, and observability.
* Build AI-powered platform features — intelligent travel search, natural language booking flows, automated approval workflows, and proactive traveler notifications.
* Expand travel and payment integrations — POS providers, GDS/NDC APIs, Stripe, and Expedia Pay.
* Raise the bar on code quality and architecture — consolidate the codebase, enforce security standards, and mentor the team on AI and fullstack best practices.

Bella is the heart of our AI strategy. She is a fully managed, multi-step conversational agent that assists corporate travelers with everything — finding flights, booking private jets, managing itineraries, routing approvals, and sending proactive alerts — all within a secure, policy-aware enterprise environment.
Your mission with Bella: configure, deploy, and continuously improve a production-grade managed agent on AWS Bedrock. You'll define her tools, shape her reasoning, connect her to live data sources, and keep her accurate, safe, and cost-efficient at scale.
What you'll build for Bella
* Managed Agent Setup — Configure and deploy Bella as a fully managed agent on AWS Bedrock Agents: define action groups, instruction sets, session memory, and tool-calling behavior from end to end.
* Tool & API Integration — Connect Bella to flight search APIs, booking systems, approval workflows, and billing via Lambda-backed action groups with clean OpenAPI schemas.
* Knowledge & RAG Pipeline — Build and maintain the retrieval pipeline powering Bella's knowledge: travel policies, vendor catalogs, and traveler preferences via Bedrock Knowledge Bases.
* Guardrails & Safety — Implement Bedrock Guardrails to keep Bella on-topic, PII-safe, and hallucination-resistant in every interaction.
* Prompt Engineering — Write and iterate on Bella's system prompts, persona, and reasoning instructions so her responses feel accurate, human, and on-brand for luxury travel.
* Evaluation & Reliability — Build evaluation pipelines to track tool-selection accuracy, response quality, and latency — and act on the results continuously.

What We're Looking ForFullstack Engineering
* 5+ years building production applications with TypeScript across the full stack (React + Node.js/Deno).
* Deep React 18 expertise: TanStack Query, react-hook-form, TailwindCSS, and scalable component architecture.
* Solid Supabase experience — Auth, Edge Functions, RLS policies, and safe migrations.
* Advanced PostgreSQL: complex queries, indexing strategies, transactions, and window functions.
* DevOps fluency: Linux VPS administration, NGINX, Docker, systemd, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
* Payment integration experience, preferably Stripe — idempotency, webhook verification, and signature handling.
* Third-party API integrations including POS systems, GDS/NDC travel platforms, and async webhook handling with retry logic.
* Security-first mindset: least privilege, secret management, and OWASP Top 10 compliance.
AI, Agents — Hands-On RequiredWe need real, production experience — not theory. If you've set up a managed agent on AWS Bedrock, connected it to live tools, and made it work reliably under load, that's exactly what we're hiring for.
* Hands-on experience setting up fully managed agents on AWS Bedrock Agents or similar — action group definition, instruction tuning, session memory configuration, and multi-step tool-calling orchestration.
* Experience building Lambda-backed action groups with OpenAPI schema authoring, error handling, and idempotency.
* Practical knowledge of Bedrock Knowledge Bases: S3 data ingestion, chunking strategies, Titan Embeddings, and semantic retrieval tuning.
* Strong prompt engineering skills: system prompt design, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought reasoning, structured output enforcement, and persona calibration.
* Experience with Amazon Bedrock Guardrails: content filtering, PII redaction, topic denial policies, and grounding checks.
* Ability to design and implement human-in-the-loop (HITL) flows — approval steps, escalation paths, and agent override mechanisms.
* AWS IAM design for Bedrock workloads: service roles, Lambda execution roles, and least-privilege cross-service access patterns.
* LLM cost management: token budget strategies, model tier selection, caching, and per-tenant consumption monitoring.
* AI observability experience: tracing agent steps, logging LLM inputs/outputs, and evaluating response quality with CloudWatch, LangSmith, or equivalent.
Differentiators
* Experience in the travel industry — GDS, NDC, Amadeus, Sabre, or Expedia.
* AWS certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or ML Specialty).
* Familiarity with multi-agent patterns: supervisor/worker agents, parallel tool execution, and EventBridge-triggered workflows.
* AWS Step Functions for orchestrating long-running agentic workflows with human approval gates.
* Background in multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
* Comfortable with AI productivity tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
* Technical English for communication with international partners.
