Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects daily, with the possibility of starting and completing them on the same day or over several weeks.
Interact with clients via email, phone, or messaging platforms regarding their needs and collaborate with colleagues to meet client expectations for quality, speed, and cost. Identify relevant colleagues based on time zones or regions and select the most suitable linguist in our community to meet client objectives.
