Senior Digital Designer Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our team. As a senior-level candidate, you will have a strong background in digital marketing design, UX, and UI, and the mindset to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a sharp eye for design, layout, and usability best practices. They will have clear communication skills in English, ability to present ideas effectively to both team members and clients, and a team spirit, organization, and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Design websites (primarily) and landing pages (occasionally)
* Produce high-quality visuals for various digital campaigns
* Create on-brand, compelling designs aligned with strategy and messaging
* Present creative concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with marketing and research teams to elevate UX/UI
* Handle multiple projects with focus, creativity, and consistency
Requirements:
* 8+ years of professional design experience
* A diverse portfolio showcasing strong web and marketing design work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
* A sharp eye for design, layout, and usability best practices
* Clear communication skills in English
* Ability to present ideas effectively to both team members and clients
* Team spirit, organization, and a proactive attitude
