PL Flight Line Mechanic Professional | Profissional de Mecânica de Pista PL
Responsibilities
Perform aircraft preparation activities for flight line or maintenance in accordance with approved technical data, ensuring documentation compliance and the quality standards inherent to the activity.
Consult documentation containing the standards and procedures defined for each type of work to be performed.
Use tools, equipment, and test devices necessary for the assigned activities, ensuring the execution of the work according to generally accepted industrial practices and standards inherent to the activity.
Support, when required, the execution of aircraft tests and checks on the flight line, in accordance with Helibras procedures.
Complete control records related to aircraft after each activity and ensure that all records associated with the service have been completed before considering the service finished.
Ensure that materials used in the execution of services comply with the manufacturer’s standards.
Perform tests and checks necessary to confirm the operability of the inspected or serviced item, ensuring compliance with established criteria.
Perform production pre‑flight, flight, and post‑flight procedures in accordance with the applicable operational safety documentation.
Comply with manufacturer service bulletins not related to Airworthiness Directives issued by Aeronautical Authorities.
Perform cleaning, organization, and proper storage of all tools used in activity execution, maintaining workplace organization, ensuring no tools are left inside the aircraft, and keeping the work area clean and organized by collecting all debris and disposing of it in the appropriate location according to operational safety standards.
Requirements
Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electronics, or related fields.
Technical certification in Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics is desirable.
Previous experience in the role.
Previous experience with the Airbus Helicopters line.
CHT in Airframe required.
CHT in Powerplant and/or Avionics is a differential.
Technical English required.
