As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless collaboration between creative teams, including designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members. This involves developing high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with creatives to develop high-quality marketing materials that meet client requirements.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently.
* Project Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date task trackers and teamwork spaces to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Quality Control: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
This role requires excellent project management skills, process-oriented thinking, and effective communication abilities. You should be able to translate plans into actionable briefs, give concise feedback, and keep teams aligned. Additionally, you should be proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to track and communicate work.
The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and has three key performance indicators (KPIs): On-time Task Completion Rate, Internal Team Satisfaction Score, and Error-Free Deliverables. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a positive work culture, ensuring efficient workflows, and delivering high-quality results for clients.
