We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance our ITSM environment.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
\
 2. Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, permissions, and security configurations.
\
 3. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
\
 4. Participate in testing and deployment activities, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
\
 5. Evaluate best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance to continuously improve service delivery.
\
 6. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
\
 7. Maintain accurate documentation for development and configuration, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Required Experience & Skills
\
\
 8. 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
\
 9. Experience with platform administration and configuration, including user management and role-based access control.
\
 10. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting, with a strong understanding of programming principles and data structures.
\
 11. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices, with a focus on service management and delivery.
\
 12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
\
 13. Able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
