Main Responsibilities:
Plan and forecast consumable needs for FPSOs to ensure availability and effective allocation of inventory and materials
Consumable Min/Max Update - Consumable min/max update according to each category and monitoring/reporting of inventory evolution.
Contacting suppliers/buyers for material requests
Monitoring material requests with suppliers to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Champion IFS - Support IFS in functions related to onshore and offshore material controller
Intercompany Sales - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of inventory levels, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Analyzes data such as usage history, lead times, Inventory balance, forecasted receipts in order to maintain established operational readiness metrics.
Confirm physical balance with storekeeper/warehouse
Monitor creation of new intercompany sales PO
Effectiveness of stock levels
Operational readiness accuracy
Maintain control with the warehouse of the items applied for preservation and maintain a dossier for the preservation of the items.
Housekeeping Warehouse - Interface with offshore team to identify disposal/approval opportunities.
Pre hire Qualification
Previous experience in similar position in O&G Company required
