Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to support our clients in Frankfurt.
This position is part of the Operations team and involves managing training session delivery with local stakeholders.
You will work closely with our client's learning delivery team and be responsible for analyzing training needs, initiating session creation, and ensuring proper execution.
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine session requirements.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to international work environments.
* Customer service-oriented attitude.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized.
