Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in SaaS subscription models to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role will focus on acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and maximizing recurring revenue through subscription-based solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SaaS sales cycles, subscription pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow SaaS subscription revenue
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and onboarding
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on subscription growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Drive recurring revenue through new sales, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on customer acquisition and retention strategies
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales approaches
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and articulate value propositions effectively
Negotiate subscription agreements, pricing models, and contract terms
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM data

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in SaaS or subscription-based products
Proven success in selling SaaS solutions and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV
Experience managing subscription sales cycles and customer lifecycle strategies
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B / B2C SaaS environments (mid-market or enterprise)
Familiarity with subscription billing systems and pricing models (tiered, usage-based, freemium)
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
