A GERAR is a non-profit social organization founded in 2003, aiming to promote social development through educational actions and employment generation to make people the protagonists of their stories in a fairer society with a sustainable planet.
Main responsibilities
* Contract drafting, reviewing, and formalizing;
* Maintaining alignment with current legislation and internal policies;
* Collecting signatures and filing contracts in an organized manner;
* Registering and updating trainee data on internal systems;
* Monitoring contract expiration dates, renewals, and terminations;
* Issuing and organizing supporting documents, such as addendums and rescissions;
* Maintaining contact with educational institutions for document and process alignment;
* Providing support to trainees on contracts, rights, and obligations;
* Ensuring compliance with legislation regarding contracts and documents;
* Aiding in responding to internal or external audits and inspections.
Requirements and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Degree completion or ongoing studies;
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency;
* Desirable: knowledge of contracts.
