Role Overview:As a BDR, your primary focus will be outreach and relationship-building with Architects and Interior Designers across Massachusetts and surrounding areas. These professionals play a key role in recommending contractors, so building trust and positioning our company as a reliable partner is essential. Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to architects and designers from a provided database- Build and maintain professional relationships- Present Grauman Builders as a trusted and experienced contractor- Generate qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline- Maintain consistent follow-ups and communicationRequirements:- Strong communication skills in English. - Fluent English (mandatory)- Experience with cold calling or sales outreach- Confidence speaking with professionals (architects, designers, etc. )- Ability to build rapport quickly and naturally- Organized and consistent with follow-upsCompensation:- Base salary Comission
