About the Role
We are looking for a highly communicative, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our remote team. This role is primarily focused on client communication and support via text messaging, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and taken care of.
You will act as the bridge between clients and our internal team, helping resolve issues, manage expectations, and keep communication organized. The ideal candidate has excellent English skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling frustrated or upset clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide text-based customer support to clients in a professional and timely manner
* Handle upset or frustrated clients calmly and help resolve concerns effectively
* Relay client feedback, issues, and requests to the appropriate internal team members
* Ensure clear communication between clients and internal departments
* Create and organize meeting agendas for internal or client meetings
* Track important client conversations and ensure follow-ups happen
* Maintain a positive, helpful, and solution-oriented tone in all communications
Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle difficult or angry clients professionally
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations
* Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
* Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Preferred (Not Required)
* Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Client Relations
* Experience working with remote teams
* Familiarity with CRM tools or support platforms
