Senior DevOps Engineer
We seek a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the delivery of scalable cloud solutions using Terraform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployments and high uptime.
* Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (env0 preferred)
* Manage Azure networking, identities, Key Vault, firewalls and ensure secure access controls
* Deploy and manage databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB for optimal performance
* Integrate Azure services with OpenAI and Cognitive Search for innovative applications
* Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
* Develop reusable IaC modules to automate infrastructure provisioning
* Set up monitoring and logging tools like Datadog and App Insights to ensure real-time insights
* Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot live deployments and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
* Strong background in Azure and Terraform with proven experience in large-scale deployments
* Experience with Entra ID, Managed Identities and Okta for secure identity management
* Solid understanding of DNS, firewalls and cloud security best practices
* Proficiency in database management systems including SQL, PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
* Linux scripting skills with Bash and PowerShell
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
* Azure or Terraform certifications for advanced skills
* Enterprise consulting or contracting experience for strategic partnerships
This is a remote role with US Eastern Time overlap required.
