Collaborating closely as a group, MTS Globe – OTS Globe – Axis Data form a powerful destination-based partner for our network.The Yield Executive – USA/CA is responsible for the loading, management, quality control and ongoing performance optimization of product contracts for the United States and Canada.This role ensures that all supplier contracts are accurately configured and fully optimized within internal systems, while actively managing inventory strategy, availability controls, and promotional performance.In addition to product configuration, the Yield Executive works directly with the contracting team, hotel partners and channel manager connections to ensure contracts are correctly implemented, activated, and brought to full sale in a timely and commercially optimized manner.This position plays a key role in supporting revenue growth, conversion performance, and operational excellence across the managed portfolio.The role can be based in Orlando (USA) Cancún (México) or Buenos Aires (Argentina).Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Build & Contract ConfigurationLoad and update hotel and land service contracts including rates, supplements, promotions, policies, release periods, allotments, minimum stays, and special conditions.Ensure all contractual terms are accurately reflected in the system and aligned with supplier agreements.Perform quality control checks on loaded content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Monitor contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, expiration, and updates.Apply and interpret contractual clauses, restrictions, and promotional conditions correctly.Resolve discrepancies related to rates, availability, campaigns, or incorrect data.Maintain documentation and contribute to process standardizations and improvements.Channel Manager Management & ActivationCoordinate with hotels to manage and implement SI channel manager contracts.Oversee connectivity setup, mapping, and rate loading to ensure seamless ARI flow.Work directly with hotel partners to ensure contracts are activated and brought to full sale efficiently.Troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues impacting availability or performance.Support negotiation alignment by ensuring contracted terms is correctly reflected within systems.Yield and Inventory ManagementManage and monitor allotments, release periods, minimum stays, and availability controls.Adjust inventory exposure based on demand patterns and booking trends.Monitor stop-sales, and availability gaps.Conduct regular rate shops to ensure competitiveness versus key competitor and suppliers.Analyse conversion performance of promotions and tactical offers.Identify underperforming hotels and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.Provide data-driven insights to support revenue growth and portfolio optimization.RequirementsEducationDegree in Tourism, Business Administration, International Business, or related field (preferred).ExperiencePrevious experience in contract loading, product build, inventory management, revenue optimization, or similar operational roles.Experience managing channel manager connections and hotel system integrations is highly valued.Technical SkillsExperience with product management systems (PMS/CRS) and strong data entry accuracy.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, analysis).Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex pricing structures and contractual terms.Language SkillsFluent written and spoken English is requiredAbility to communicate professionally with USA-based hotel partners and internal stakeholdersSoft SkillsExcellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.Clear communication with internal stakeholders.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to balance operational precision with performance driven thinking.
