* Coach and Develop Team Members: Mentor and develop Team Leads and AMs in day-to-day operations and people management.
* Develop Learning Processes: Create continuous learning opportunities for the team, focusing on process excellence methodologies.
* Represent the Organization: Serve as a representative of the organization during client visits and reviews.
* Lead Process Re-engineering: Drive process re-engineering projects to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times.
* Develop Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards.
* Implement Digital Solutions: Partner with stakeholders to implement digital tools and automation for operational efficiency.
* Track Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators and prepare dashboards to track improvement outcomes.
