The ServiceNow Technical Expert plays a pivotal role in building and evolving ServiceNow as the IT system of record for the organization.
* Makes hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Guides and supervises external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
* Performs configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
Candidates should have:
