About the Role
The SAP Technical Cutover Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of a project. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
* Adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership.
Requirements:
* SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
