**Role Overview**
As **Head of Product**, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the platform, ensuring it meets player expectations, market needs, and regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with marketing, tech, and compliance teams to launch new features and optimize performance in the competitive U.S. market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization using RICE/ROI frameworks.
- Manage execution across Development, Marketing, and Design teams.
- Maintain and evolve the content calendar for games, features, and promotions.
- Use data insights to decide on launching, scaling, or retiring features.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. legal and regulatory standards.
- Communicate product strategy and updates clearly to stakeholders.
- The role involves communication with international clients.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years as a Product Lead or Head of Product in iGaming or other B2C digital industries.
- Proven track record in scaling digital products from concept to launch.
- Experience in regulated markets (U.S. compliance is a plus).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Russian and confident in English.
