Administrative & Finance Assistant | Joao Pessoa, Brazil We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Finance Assistant to support the General Manager Brazil and ensure efficient financial and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities
Support budget tracking, expense control, and basic financial reporting
Assist with monthly payroll in coordination with HR, Finance, and external providers
Manage invoices, purchase orders, payments, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Support audits, compliance, and internal control processes
Manage calendars, meetings, and general administrative support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
2–4 years of experience in administrative and/or finance support roles
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-focused
Fluent Portuguese & English is mandatory
