Job Title: Low Code Delivery Manager
We are seeking a seasoned delivery manager to oversee the implementation of low-code projects using OutSystems, Mendix, and Apian platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end deliveries, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project delivery based on the Outsystems platform, ensuring quality, timeline, and scope.
* Act as the main point of contact between the client, technical team, pre-sales, and other involved areas.
* Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) according to project requirements.
* Support pre-sales activities: RFP/RFI analysis, technical proposal preparation, and solution presentations.
* Identify risks and define mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and IT governance.
* Participate in strategic meetings with clients to understand new demands and platform evolution.
* Lead the technical team in alignment with ServiceNow and organizational best practices.
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), generate progress reports, and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in projects involving low-code and automation platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Apian or similar.
* Ability to manage end-to-end deliveries, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget.
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
* Skilled at handling multiple technologies and multidisciplinary squads simultaneously.
* Understanding of platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases).
* Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
* Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement.
* Sufficient technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decisions with teams.
* Ability to lead end-to-end delivery initiatives.
* Ability to consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice.
