Agile Coach Opportunity in Product Engineering Environment.
Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Agile Coach to join our client's Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. You will also support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is also essential. Additionally, you must have proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and be able to work effectively in a remote environment. Comfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia is a must. A SAFe certification is highly desired, but not required. Bachelor's degree in a related field is optional.
