Key Responsibilities:
 * Sourcing and placing top technical talent for U.S.-based companies in Latin America.
 * Utilizing creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of technical candidates.
 * Leveraging various sourcing tools to find top talent, partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates quickly.
 * Maintaining data accuracy and tracking recruiting metrics.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Requirements:
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 * Proven experience recruiting for Information Technology roles with a passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. Act as a trusted representative of our organization, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to candidates and clients.
