Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development.
This role involves establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing expert technical support and guidance.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and expectations.
* Evaluate client business requirements and assist in the evaluation process of effort estimation and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* Gather and maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and provide assistance with documentation and maintenance to client system environments.
This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
