Job Title: Senior Administrative Professional

This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion. As a Senior Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring that time is aligned with highest-leverage opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Calendar & Time Management:
o Own and manage an evolving set of professional and personal calendars
o Prioritize meetings, prep logistics, follow up on action items, and ensure time is aligned with highest-leverage opportunities
o Serve as the CEO's gatekeeper when it comes to how they leverage time
o Protect strategic blocks and eliminate nonessential time drains
* Communication & Coordination:
o Triage emails and Slack messages, draft responses in the CEO's voice, and facilitate alignment with internal and external stakeholders all with clarity and urgency
o Messages are triaged so only signal (never noise) reaches the CEO's attention
o Manage communication with clients, team leads, and external partners
* Meeting Support & Execution:
o Run point on weekly syncs with the CEOs, ensuring alignment on client operations, team performance, hiring initiatives, and strategic projects
o Prepare agendas in advance, ensure materials are at-hand, and capture action items that get closed without reminders
o Attend key meetings to support execution and accountability
* Project Leadership:
o Lead or support special projects whether it's the systems, talent acquisition initiatives, or client deliverables
o Partner on key company initiatives and ensure post-launch follow-through
o Coordinate across scriptwriters, video editors, client success managers, and pod leads
* Travel & Logistics:
o Lead business and personal travel planning with backups, contingencies, and attention to detail that leaves nothing to chance
o Every trip is prepped with layered contingencies, clear itineraries, and zero details missed
o Must be available for occasional travel alongside the CEOs, as needed
* Operational Excellence:
o From scheduling appointments to operational coordination, responsibilities are managed with the same discipline across the board
o Step in wherever needed with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownershipwhether the task is personal or professional
o Willingness to flex occasionally on evenings or weekends, based on what's needed
o Handle high standards, direct feedback, and shifting targets without drama
