Key Growth Opportunity in Nutraceutical Ingredients
The role of Sales Manager is focused on driving business growth across Latin America by selling high-quality nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, establishing senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
