Overview of the Role
The Semi Senior ETL / Data Engineering professional will leverage advanced data processing expertise to manage complex data workflows, optimize extraction and transformation processes, and drive strategic data management solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the design, construction, installation, testing, and maintenance of highly scalable data management systems.
- Building high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
- Ensuring data architecture supports the requirements of business teams and data scientists.
- Developing set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.
- Troubleshooting complex data issues and performing root cause analysis to resolve product and operational issues proactively.
- Mentoring junior data engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years with ETL / Data Engineering
- Web Services: Proven experience with APIs and Web Services
- Database: Experience with database technologies
- Algorithms: Advanced knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Infrastructure: Basic IT infrastructure knowledge
- Development: Experience in designing and implementing software modules for real-world applications
- Testing: Proficient in writing and implementing unit tests
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Language: Advanced level of English
